SG 9, Scott # 6. T he stamp has 3 good margins, just cut close at top-right. Many examples have been re-painted. On this stamp, with my loupe I can see what might be a small spot of repainting below the T of CENT ; but if it is, it has been done very skilfully and does not show up under UV light.
