This listing is for one unused SHEET, MINT NEVER HINGED SC#397 Panama-Pacific Exposition Issue 1cent US Stamps featuring images of Vasco Nunez de Balboa. This Sheet of 70 stamps which was issued in 1913, is in excellent condition THIS IS A VERY NICE SHEET. The gum has "NEVER" been hinged, is in excellent condition and the color is crisp.
