eBay URUGUAY P STAMPS. 1948 Rodo Monument issue (#556-63), imperf proofs in 16 CORNER BLOCKS OF TEN: full designs complete, VIGNETTE ONLY (1c & 20c) or FRAME ONLY (all but 1c & 20c), each proof with security puncture, two with printing flaw(s) circled for correction, in selvage each with many ms. printer's notations (dates, numbers to be printed, "Lay a trifle higher & to left as marked," "Wording & lay correct," etc.) and 13 with ornamental lathework which is always trimmed before delivery to the P.O., most with small edge faults far from design, UNIQUE exhibition group, total of 160 proofs, generally Fine. We accept Paypal. Shipping: Domestic buyer to pay a flat fee of $22.50, to cover Priority Mail Express. Foreign buyer to pay a flat fee of $65, for Express Mail International.
